BZNC Stickers & Water Bottle Giveaway - Official Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Promotion Period

The giveaway begins on June 15th, 2026 and ends on July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM EST (the "Promotion Period").

3. How to Enter

To successfully enter the giveaway, participants must complete both of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

Follow the official BZNC Instagram account (@bznc.cares).

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entrants must remain subscribed to the newsletter and follow the Instagram account at the time of prize drawing to be eligible.

4. Prizes & Odds

Guaranteed Participation Prize: Every eligible entrant who completes the entry requirements will receive two (2) BZNC stickers (Estimated Retail Value: $4.00). Stickers will be mailed to the address provided during entry verification.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be randomly selected to receive a BZNC water bottle featuring a custom BZNC sticker (Estimated Retail Value: $50.00).

Odds of Winning: Odds of receiving the stickers are 100% for all eligible entrants. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing within five business days following the close of the Promotion Period.

The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during newsletter signup.

If the potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days of the initial notification, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be randomly selected.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Prizes can only be shipped to valid physical addresses within the United States. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

BZNC is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or damaged mail. Please allow 4 weeks after the giveaway ends for delivery of both the participation stickers and the Grand Prize.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

By entering, you agree to receive email marketing communications and newsletters from BZNC. You may opt out of these emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our emails. Opting out after the winner selection will not affect your giveaway status.

Any personal information collected will be used strictly for administering this giveaway and marketing communication, and will never be sold or shared with third parties.

8. Release & Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BZNC and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for updates, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prizes.
